Other forms of payment can include: buying a steam wishlisted game, giftcards (priority is amazon/wizard101), or possible discord profile decor.

50% upfront regardless of price, other half is after service is finished. _{* you can choose to pay in full upfront as well, your choice.*}

I have my style, consider that before asking for the commission.

My art may not be the exact same as a reference as I am still exploring my styles boundaries, if you would like me to try to focus on specific things in one (or more) of my references provided please notify me in your request.

I have the right to use any commissioned work as part of my portfolio, if you do not want me to use it you have to pay a privacy fee based on the type of services I am providing.

For additonal characters there is a 75% charge. (When these are an option this term will apply !)

I am okay with minor changes within reason in the sketching phase (I do NOT do major revisions- make sure you are certain of what you ask me to draw beforehand). I ask that you are CLEAR about any particular visions you have in your initial request.

Once my sketch is approved I will not go back and change the pose or other details (-unless it is something I missed. Which I ask that you tell me before you approve of my sketch.)

I DO NOT DO REFUNDS. If you are not satisfied with a piece I have given I am willing to redraw it.

If you don't have a reference sheet I can draw based on picrews _{^{(with notes on what to add or leave out)}}, compiled pinterest images _{^{(paired with a description of what to add or leave out)}}, or sketches- I WILL NOT do description only.

I may be fast or slow depending on life events, motivation, or what type of commission you purchase. My typical TAT is 14-28 days.

I ask that despite the TAT's listed you are patient with me, I will update on any possible delays in progress and do my best to communicate with you should you ask for updates!

You are ALLOWED to use the art as a profile picture, banner, or other social media with proper credit to me as the artist.

You are ALLOWED to keep the art in a collection of other art pieces of your character(s).

You are ALLOWED to post the art to social media ONLY WITH proper credit to me as the artist. (You may use my toyhouse, vgen or ko-fi as suitable credits.)

You are NOT ALLOWED to sell my art as prints, stickers, magnets, apparel, book covers, or other merchandise.

You are NOT ALLOWED to alter any of my art in any way besides cropping or adding a colour filter.

You are NOT ALLOWED to use my art for videos UNLESS discussed with me beforehand. _{^{(If you've commissioned a PNG model from me this rule is exempt, as I need to build a portfolio and I will know what it's purpose is.)}}

I DO NOT do deadline work, if you are seeking an artist who can please go elsewhere. I have health conditions and a busy schedule that may bar me from making progress at a fast rate.

I as the artist reserve the right to decline a commission without explanation, though I will typically have one.

I only use discord for communication.
